Jaya and Nancy, and their crew of contractors, are wonderful. From the initial design ideas (creative, clean, insightful ideas) to planning the stages and work plan (considerate, yet realistic expectations on how the work would be completed), to how they dealt with challenges along the way (openly, calmly, with solutions/ideas), and how they communicated with us (responsive and open), they were truly exceptional. Our entrance way and dining area were not functional and cluttered and a constant eyesore, but now it's my favourite part of our home. Every day is so much better with the changes they created. I wholeheartedly recommend this duo, and the excellent trades they work with, for any project you're undertaking, big or small.

Design Chicks helped us update our 20 year old condo before we sold it, without breaking the bank. Jaya came and picked paint colours for walls and cabinets and recommended hardware for kitchen cabinets. We were so happy with the results. I have never been so excited about paint colours until discussing different options with Jaya. She made the process enjoyable and even fun instead of a chore.
