We LOVED working with Jaya and Nancy! This was our first time taking on a home renovation project, and we were worried it would be overwhelming and messy. Jaya and Nancy made the entire process so easy. They were flexible, accommodating, so attentive and very human, and really made us feel like there were no “stupid questions”. Jaya and Nancy, and their crew of contractors, are wonderful. From the initial design ideas (creative, clean, insightful ideas) to planning the stages and work plan (considerate, yet realistic expectations on how the work would be completed), to how they dealt with challenges along the way (openly, calmly, with solutions/ideas), and how they communicated with us (responsive and open), they were truly exceptional.

Our entrance way and dining area were not functional and cluttered and a constant eyesore, but now it’s my favourite part of our home. Every day is so much better with the changes they created.
